The recent appraisal of our property has required an immediate review of our building insurance coverage. The Board has begun this review process and will be taking action to insure our coverage meets the newly established building values. Following the Board meeting it was decided to obtain increased insurance on the buildings immediately. A special assessment(approx. $350) will be required for the period now thru Nov.12th when our policy renews. Increased premium will require raising quarterly dues.
